The Coffee County Neighborhood Service Center is Located at in the County Building at 300 Hillsboro Blvd in Manchester, Tennessee 37355, and the hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. We also have a satellite office located at 414 Wilson Avenue in Tullahoma. Office hours are also 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. You may contact Linda Riddle or Linda Rose at (931) 461-0041. There are a wide variety of services available for residents of Coffee County. What I need to know before going:
For most financial assistance, you will need to bring proof of household income to include any additional sources such as SSI, spouses income, etc. For heating or cooling assistance, you will need to bring the latest copy of your electric bill. For commodities distribution, you or your designated representative will need to bring the commodities card issued by this office. Also, you might need to arrive a little early if you have a scheduled appointment. Since we are in the County building, you will be required to pass through a security checkpoint on entering the main building. If your appointment is on a Wednesday, court is in session and there may be long lines.
